Winnebago have announced an  All-Electric / Zero-Emission Commercial Vehicle Platform.  The company has also announced a strategic partnership with Motiv Power Systems for chassis supply and joint market development.

It doesn’t have the range for the needs of your average grey nomad but it could be just the EV needed for urban and semi-urban short range commercial applications like mobile medical clinics, blood mobiles, mobile classrooms, and mobile outreach vehicles

Significant road testing has already been conducted on the vehicle that houses 6-8 batteries and delivers an expected range of 85-125 miles on a full charge.
