Mercedes-Benz release a teaser video of their EQ-A electric car concept ahead of Frankfurt Show release
It looks like Mercedes-Benz are committing themselves to an electric future with their new EQ sub-brand. They are about to release a uniquely styled compact hatchback EV concept at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. Called the EQ A, the new hatchback will become the German automaker’s second dedicated all-electric model after the EQ C SUV when it goes on sale in 2020. The ‘A’ in the name gives it away as a small A-Class size hatchback
Mercedes-Benz are committing 10 billion Euros (approx $15 billion AUD) to their new development program aimed at producing 10 electric models by 2025. Their first EV concept the EQ-C SUV was released last year and recent trademark applications suggest Mercedes-Benz also plans more luxurious EQ E and EQ S models. View the ideo:-
