Jaguar’s electrifying I-PACE to have 5 year warranty and 8 year battery warranty in Australia

Jaguar’s all-electric I-PACE will bring a revolutionary ownership experience when it makes its Australian debut in November. I-PACE, the car that has rewritten the automotive rule book, will go on sale with a full five-year warranty, two years more than the period currently offered for any of its conventional Jaguar stablemates.

The extended warranty will be backed by a five-year service plan and matching five-years Roadside Assistance plan which, like the warranty, are both two years longer than anything previously offered by the British car maker. The I-PACE’s battery, made of 432 pouch cells positioned beneath the cabin floor, is also covered by an extensive eight-year, 160,000-kilometre warranty.

I-PACE launches in Australia in November, making its debut in S, SE and HSE variants. There will also be a First Edition model.
Pricing will start from $119,000 (plus on-road costs).
